For your convenience we recommend that you arrive 15 minutes before your appointment. This will allow you to prepare and relax for your Spa treatment.

Disposable underwear will be provided. Bathrobe, towel and slippers will be provided. Lockers will be provided for your personal belongings. It is compulsory to wear a swimming costume for the Thermal Circuit and the swimming pool area.

If you are staying at the hotel, please leave your valuables in your room. However, lockers for your personal belongings are available in the Spa facilities.

Our Spa department will help you plan the perfect experience, including the best sequence to enjoy your treatments.

Please give us 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Otherwise, a charge of 100% of the treatment fee will be made.
